Jo Robertson Maternity clothes are designed and made with the highest quality and care. We ensure that our maternity wear gets to you in perfect condition and that you are satisfied with the purchase.
Delivery of Maternity Wear
All maternity clothing orders are sent out by courier at a flat rate charge of $9.00 in addition to the purchase price. We will endeavour to get all orders out the same day, or the day following. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent out by Tuesday. If you are in the South Island it may take 2-3 days from despatch. The majority of orders are received within 3 days. Please let us know if you require your purchase urgently and we will work with you try to ensure this happens.
If your maternity clothing garment is out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible and advise the expected delivery time. You are most welcome to choose an alternative product or cancel your order if you wish to do so.
Returning Maternity Wear
All Jo Robertson Maternity Clothing garments are designed and made with the highest of quality and care. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our maternity wear products, please return it to us unused within 10 days and we will happily provide a credit or replacement.
A Returns Form will be sent out with every order. We require you to complete this if you have something to return.
